We’re excited to welcome Vancouver’s By A Thread to the Spartan Records family. Their first new album in 15 years, Mirrored Life, arrives September 12th.
Originally forged in Vancouver’s late-’90s post-hardcore scene, By A Thread first left their mark with Last of the Daydreams, a Revelation Records cult favorite that paired soaring melody with raw emotional weight. Now, after lineup changes and years of quiet, the band returns with their most dynamic and cathartic record yet. Heavy, brooding, and drenched in reverb, Mirrored Life channels grief, growth, and hard-won perspective into a sound that feels both vital and timeless.
The first single, “Void,” is out now with an official music video.
