"'Diet of Worms' is a song borne out the idea that you have to fight for what you believe in even if you know you'll lose,” explains drummer Chris Lehberger. “We wanted it to be aggressive and doomy with a chorus that makes people understand the most important thing is the state of your heart."

Young Fox’s poignant music is both cathartic in verse as it is in its riffs. Tracks like “The Answer” and “Diet of Worms” remind listeners of the affecting impact that intense and inspiring music can have on a person.
