Young Fox's Debut Album "Sky Beats Gold" Out March 10th. New Song and Pre-orders Available Now!

The debut album from Young Fox, Sky Beats Gold, will be released on March 10th. The Pittsburgh-based indie rockers' first single “Sometimes the Monsters Win" is now streaming exclusively on Impose.

The album is a beautifully layered and moody discourse aimed directly at perpetual questions. Sonically, dark and driving drums lay the foundation for intricate guitar work, and aggressive instrumentation combines seamlessly with soaring and confident vocal melodies. Each moment is purposeful; an impressive balance of cause and effect. Translation: a big rock record. The drive of Thrice with the complexity of Sunny Day Real Estate. The accessibility of Foo Fighters with the emotion of Manchester Orchestra. The album also features a cameo from Stephen Christian of Anberlin on the track "Slow Burn."

Guitarist Marty Lunn tells Impose:

"Sometimes the Monsters Win" is an ode to failing...it is an acknowledgement that the first step in solving a problem or addiction is that you won't win all the time, and that each time you fail, your job is to remember that feeling and allow it to change your heart.

Sky Beats Gold is available for pre-order now on limited edition vinyl and digital at the Spartan store and Bandcamp and all pre-orders include an instant download of “Sometimes the Monsters Win."
